The Challenge 

Staffology by IRIS is a complete, cloud-based HR & payroll software provider covering everything from recruitment & onboarding, PDPs, and absences, to payroll, expenses, and pensions. When IRIS acquired Staffology HR, the challenge was to relaunch the Staffology brand as a new combined HR & Payroll product in the SaaS market, engage with businesses in the HR and payroll markets, and drive leads.

Approach 

The launch of Staffology provided an exciting game changing new venture into payroll and HR products.

This amalgamation required a full rebrand, so we set to work on establishing Staffology’s new tone, “bringing together the heart and science of people management”, as well as a new look and feel.  

Once we established Staffology’s branding, we launched a new website, as well as digital and print campaigns based around the ‘Powered by Smiles’ slogan to drive traffic to the website and generate leads.

Outcome 

We created a new, distinctive brand and website which was well received by the client. Born off the back of our on-going partnership with IRIS, this project has been a real achievement for Delineo.
