DELIVERABLES:
BRAND BOOK, SOCIAL, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE JOURNEY

THE CHALLENGE

Terrys are one of the largest home interiors retailers in the UK, specialising in curtains and blinds for the home. The challenge was to bring their brand to life by telling the brand story and drawing out their point of difference in a busy marketplace. A key challenge was to alter the perception of Terrys being a fabrics only retailer and draw attention to their broader selection of blinds, curtains and homewares, in particular, their made to measure offering.

APPROACH

Through our discovery, development, and execution process we identified the brand energizers, around the heritage and history of the brand, the exceptional levels of customer service and the range of products available. After conducting consumer research to establish consumer understanding and perceptions of the Terrys brand, we evolved the strapline and introduced a functional descriptor Fabrics, Blinds and Curtains to build understanding of the full range, and built the brand story around the people behind the brand providing an outstanding personal service and the design inspiration and expertise.
