Delineo, a digital marketing agency in Manchester, is looking for a front of house receptionist to join their hard-working team.
This is way more than a receptionist job. We need someone very nice, very bright and very professional who can charm our clients and fit in with our fast and fun working environment.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be presentable, professional, incredibly organised, have excellent communication skills and know their way around Microsoft Office. Previous agency experience is helpful but not essential – so this could be a great way to get your break in advertising at one of the North West’s leading marketing agencies.
You’ll be the first point of contact for anyone coming into the agency, meeting and greeting clients on arrival and answering and forwarding telephone calls. You’ll manage the booking schedule for our meeting rooms. And sort and distribute post. You’ll keep the office stocked with supplies and stationery (and beer for the fridge). And you’ll help us to maintain our employee records and stay on top of other general admin.
And you’ll also need to smile. Lots. Most of us do!

We're a good bunch of likeminded professionals with around 40 people at our Manchester office. We hold regular company events, shut down over Christmas and everyone has their birthday as a holiday.

Hours: Full time preferred but part time/flexible hours considered for the right person.
Salary £18 to £20k (full time or pro rata) dependant on experience
