We're onboard with Certas Energy

 

 We’re delighted to announce that we’re working with Certas Energy on all of their Domestic and Commercial marketing, with their customer acquisition and retention campaign activity.

Having worked with Certas Energy for the last three or so years, it’s great to be given the opportunity to take the reins as the strategic lead agency responsible for defining their creative approach to campaigns, social media and email marketing activity across the whole business. We’ve seen the Certas Energy team really embrace our agile sprint approach to developing campaign ideas. With the majority of their domestic customer living in rural areas, much of their marketing in the past has been very traditional offline communications. With many of their customers now online we’re excited to be taking a leading role in defining their approach to customer acquisition and developing ongoing relationships with customers in the long term through digital channels.

Certas Energy are the biggest energy provider most people in towns and cities have never heard of. With over 1m mainly rural homes in the UK using heating oil, they have a network of 150 depots, 900 tankers and is responsible for delivering over 6 billion litres of oil to customers across the UK. A big challenge is to help a national brand gain traction in local communities across the UK in a market dominated by small independent players.

The lead on the Domestic business is Sean Burke, Head of Domestic Marketing who gave us some lovely words to capture the role we are playing at Certas Energy.

Our Creative Director Leigh said of the task ahead of us,

The aim is to set Certas Energy apart as the best in class for fuel supply and servicing and to achieve that vision, we’ve need to change the conversion from price-led traditional comms to communicating the market leading service Certas Energy provides its customers”
