A Quick Note From Us

We hope you are all well and adjusting to the new working practices which are being forced on us all.

We’d like to assure you that Delineo are very much open for business, with a few key changes in place:

The Delineo team have all successfully transitioned into our new work-from-home routines and, if you check our social channels over the next few weeks, no doubt you’ll be greeted with our work-from-home setups and our four-legged work companions. To ease communication as we work remotely, we have transitioned back to 9am to 5:30pm hours and will be contactable via phone and email during this time.

If you have the direct dial contact details of our client services team, they can still be contacted on these (and will welcome the conversation). Our main office number will still be manned but, from Monday March 23rd, we will be unable to transfer calls internally so please use direct numbers where possible.

As always, the mobile numbers of the Delineo Directors are available in their email signatures if you need to contact them directly.

We will continue working collaboratively, not only as a team but with our clients, through Teams video calls that allow for easier file sharing and creative discussion. Please contact your client services representative if you would like to run Teams calls with Delineo but are uncertain as to how.

As well as our usual meetings, we will be running two agency-wide Teams meetings per day, 9am – 9:15am and 1:45pm – 2:15pm and will respond to any emails sent during this time once the meetings have ended. If you have an urgent need to speak to a member of the team at these times however, please don’t hesitate to call.

Through our introduction of work from home days earlier in the year, we’ve had time to trial a system that we know will work for our team and clients and allow us to function as normal while staying safe during this difficult time.

From the whole Delineo team, we look forward to carrying on our work with you in the coming weeks and welcoming you back to our office for retro biscuits just as soon as it’s safe to do so.
