			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong><strong>About me: </strong></strong>Business Studies graduate with diplomas from the CIM and Market Research Society. I formed the Delineo we know today in 1998 through the acquisition of a design agency, after working 10 years in marketing management roles with BT, Siemens &amp; P&amp;P. As a brand specialist and experienced businessperson, I&#8217;m at my happiest when tasked with defining strategies to address commercial challenges.</p>
<p><strong>Inspired by: </strong>How children learn, everyday life, packaging, brands, advertising, consumer behaviour, human nature, decision making processes, the Web and anything with a logo on it. And, our course, my life-long-love, the game of golf.</p>
<p><strong>Creative outlets: </strong>Technology, lawns, problem solving and clearer communication.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>About me:</strong> Recently graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a 1st class BSc (Hons) in Business &amp; I.C.T, where I became passionate about marketing and communicating brands to multiple target audiences. This was further built upon whilst on a 12 month industrial placement at Airbus UK working in the Internal Communications team, providing a useful insight into client-side marketing and liaising with high profile stakeholders. I then furthered my career joining the delineo team initially on work experience as a Marketing Executive and now I am a full time member, working as a Digital Marketing Executive.</p>
<p><strong>Inspired by</strong>: Global brands such as Apple and Google, business strategy, the constantly evolving world of technology and communications, Motorsport.</p>
<p><strong>Creative outlets:</strong> Passionate follower of all things Manchester United, mountain biking and the outdoors, travel abroad and in the UK, working on the family farm (my secondary job) and happy operating heavy machinery to quad bikes.</p>
