About me: A marketing nut since watching Dudley Moore in Crazy People. That was when I was 12. Since then I have gone on to graduate from Lancaster in Advertising and Marketing, working across multiple sectors in B2C and B2B markets. I like to adopt a flexible approach to find the right solution and to dig deep to find the insight that will make our Clients stand out from the crowd. Hopefully I’m fairly likable, and I love to meet new people and thoroughly enjoy new experiences.

Inspired by: Tribal behaviour. A great brief, an inspirational springboard – getting to the nub of what motivates people, what brings people together to like the same things, and aspire to consume what others do. Malcolm Gladwell. Time alone with peace and quiet for company. The great outdoors

Creative outlets: The beach, surf and its culture. Travel. Communications strategy. My house. Getting out of my comfort zone.

About me: For as long as I can remember I’ve been interested in all things A&M, consumer relationships with brands and how new technologies and social media affect communication. As a graduate of Graphic Design it was the marketing elements of the degree that really engaged me. After graduating I went on to be work as an account manager in one of the North West’s largest Photography Studios, Managing online and offline projects for many multi-national clients. Whilst there I completed my CIM Certificate and later on Advanced Web Design. I’m now excited to be working in a full service agency, utilising my skills and interests. I love being involved in the creative process and thrive on impossible deadlines.

Inspired by: Camping under the stars, lake and mountain holidays, architecture and my amazing friends and family. Trying everything once, never saying no to a new experience.

Creative outlets: Photography, I’m never without my camera, much to the frustration of anyone I go walking or mountain biking with, cooking, painting and junk shop raiding for pieces for my new house.

About me: I’m an extremely self-motivated and positive thinking young person with a desire to constantly develop and succeed in my career. I’ve known since I was 13 that I wanted to go into advertising and I think it was that which got me here in the end! After attaining a degree in international consumer marketing and being heavily drawn to the brand communications element of the degree, I knew a career in advertising would be both challenging and thought-provoking.

I’ve gained my existing skills through working as a marketing assistant and within the new business department of a B2B advertising agency. Now, I will be working on various online and offline marketing campaigns and, at last play an important part in campaign delivery; getting under the skin of our brands and their marketing activity. With a heavy curiosity towards the underground music scene, culture and its influences, I’m most satisfied when hearing/watching/reading anything original or well re-hashed.

Inspired by: Courage, stand-up comedians, charming and witty ad campaigns, South Park (and other satirically themed TV shows), spontaneity, live performances, the uncertainty of the world we live in!

Creative outlets: Singing and song-writing, dance, rollercoaster rides, bass-influenced music events and festivals, YouTube and Stumbleupon

About me: Fuelled by the excitement of change and challenges as part of the everyday, and a love of truly creative work, the industry has always excited me. After graduating from The University of Manchester and a year of travelling and hostels, I continued on to study an MSc in Creative Advertising at Edinburgh Napier. With this grounding in the creative process and a desire to go into Account Management, I eagerly secured a number of placements before embarking on an exciting career as an Account Executive at Delineo. I love the agency environment and sense of team work that goes with it. The fast paced nature of the industry constantly motivates me to learn and absorb everything I can and use it in a productive way that will benefit the clients and the campaigns.
