It’s been a busy month here at Delineo, the Manchester Advertising Agency, particularly with the run up to Christmas now very much upon us. One of the latest projects to have been completed is the creation and development of the brand identity for European IT distributor, DP Data, including its website, eDM and campaign management.
The creation of the new functional website allows DP Data agents to direct customers and contacts to the site, displaying the wide array of IT components on offer. Delineo identified the target audience as the IT distribution channel as a whole including distributors, resellers and high street stores.
The site has been designed to allow user friendly bespoke client landing pages for all sales representatives at DP Data, and provides a personal service to the customers and enables bespoke deals to be displayed for different regions. To further compliment this approach, Delineo manages web content on a daily basis to facilitate a ‘Deal of the day’ offer available to the customer base. With DP Data operating out of different countries across Europe, a local presence was needed for these areas. The first of these localised pages was The Netherlands which can be accessed via the direct URL or through the language selection incorporated into the site.
To highlight the professional and friendly approach of DP Data’s staff, individual members of the team have been incorporated into the website. This also provides a point of contact in a predominantly telesales orientated industry. Creative was applied to the individual agents profile to take a step away from the generic team photos typically used in the industry. The range of products were also captured to showcase the most recent deals on offer from the world’s leading computer hardware vendors, again these were stylised with the brand to incorporate the unique approach to all aspects of the business.
With the project still in its launch phase, the feedback from the client has been very positive. Delineo have been responsible for creating the brand and DP Data are very excited about the new functional website that offers a dynamic approach to their daily sales targets. DP Data can now be confident when directing customers to the site that the user will gain a unique journey, the opportunities and results will soon follow.
Also, Delineo manages weekly eDM campaigns to multiple audiences and collates reports to display the results and feedback on the overall development of the campaigns. This approach enables direct telesales and warm contacts to follow up on, without this it would be more of an untargeted, cold calling approach.
